That means we’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Key Account Manager to join us in our Paris office.

Your Mission:

Reporting directly to the Team Lead “Groupe Casino”, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of Too Good To Go in France and the fight against food waste by implementing strategies to maintain good relationships with your Accounts as well as upselling your offer to increase store coverage and overall supply. You also may develop partnerships with new brands. 

 

The role will include:

  • Account management of keychains: developing strategies to grow your accounts in hand with our success team, and to maintain à strong relationship with headquarters
  • Upselling: implement a new offer in each and every of your Accounts
  • Research: search for new partnership, learn about the businesses in depth, map the stakeholders and understand their decision-making process
  • Strategy: Be able to define a strategy to acquire new partners and develop a strong and lasting partnership
  • Proactively and creatively outreach stakeholders to gain meetings for pitching solution, build rapport with stakeholders; and follow-up progresses.
  • Pitching: create and deliver high quality, professional presentations to potential partners, and confidently speak about the business and food waste proposition
  • Supporting store training and/or Regional Manager training on a national level: working with the team and the retailer to plan, schedule and execute store / Regional Manager trainings at scale
Profil recherché

Your Profile:

  • You have negotiation skills: ability to lead negotiations, create and deliver high impact pitches. You are an excellent commercial acumen.
  • You love to optimize operational performances & processes.
  • You have first class communication skills (oral and written). You have a natural and professional attitude.
  • You have organizational skills: high attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently on tasks, escalating when needed.
  • You are autonomous in your work: you know how to efficiently prioritize tasks and how to handle several projects at a time, from kick-off to delivery.
  • You have a high-energy, honesty, efficiency and result-oriented working style.
  • You are our best ambassador by embodying the philosophy and tone of our brand internally and externally
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Account Management / Sales / Business Development

 

You should have:
