Sales export Manager

Let’s be honest, La Vie’s plant-based lardons & bacon are WAY too delicious to keep them to ourselves in France. Last months, we have already shared culinary joy with UK, Benelux, Germany & Switserland! Now we need YOU to join our amazing sales team, driving the international growth of La Vie in the south of Europe!🌍

We have following challenges for you:

• As a true Sherlock Holmes🕵️‍♀️ you will search & find the rights partners to develop our presence in Italy, Spain & Portugal while applying La Vie’s business criterias (OOH and Retail, launching a brand,etc..). OR even better : You have a network already in the target countries to share the love with for plantbased bacon!
• You manage distributors on an annual and daily basis: making sure they are clear on their business target and that they are on point to deliver them
• You are the internal interface of the distributor,making sure that La Vie teams have the right focus and dedication to support the distributor: forecast, marketing,etc..
• You own internally the P&L distributor and contribution to La Vie results in Net sales and Sales Margin

• You have minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, handling international distributors💰
• You’re capable of working autonomously and take ownership
• You don’t feel like running off when you hear the term P&L (Aside people you can deal with numbers as well🔢)
• You LOVE convincing people and are not afraid of a good challenge
• You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• You are curious to deepdive into the world of plantbased food!
• Your luggage is always ready🧳
• You are Fluent in English. Spanish, Italian or Portugees is a big plus!
