As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will work closely with Apolline and Femke from HR, founders and Comex to execute our challenging 2023-2024 hiring plan (35 international recruitments)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create our talent pool by direct approach, browsing social medias & networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable profiles with required skills, create and diffuse content
- Find the best candidates via different job boards & direct headhunting sourcing : creating job post and optimise visibility online, advertise job availability internally and externally
- Organise and lead screening calls & interviews with candidates
- Ensure we maintain a high standard of candidate experience
- Lead some recruiting internal projects such as recruiting events, employer branding, etc. Improve our internal hiring process, tools & reportings
- Attend job fairs and other events to spread our company culture and searching for talent in the Agro and industrial areas
- Help in the preparation of internal events like our yearly Seminar, Winterparty or Mardi Gras!
