MISSIONS :
Within Deepki, the Sales person's role is to :
-Build and maintain a sales pipeline;
-Identify the right contacts (Prescriber, Decision Maker, Signatory, User, etc.);
-Set up an account (multi-channel, commercial lobbying, etc.);
-Making appointments (phoning, mailing with the support of the Marketing department);
-Carrying out M1, M2, M3 client meetings, etc.;
-Putting together commercial offers (Master offers, pricing, customer needs, etc.);
-Responding to client calls for tender (RFI, RFP);
-Nurturing client accounts (calls, events, webinars, content, etc.);
-Carry out telephone reminders;
-Negotiate and close offers with clients;
-Preparing the contractual framework (Master Contract);
-Preparing the invoicing form (transmission to the invoicing team);
-Carry out the handover to the operational teams;
-Facilitate web-conferences and webinars;
-Monitor and record activity on the CRM (Salesforce);
-Work as a team with all the teams;
-Achieve your business objectives!
Essential qualities and skills:
-Experience in complex B2B sales (Value Selling method or equivalent);
-Experience in the Real Estate / Commercial Real Estate or ESG - CSR - SRI consulting sectors;
-Pugnacity, rigour and commitment;
-A results-oriented approach;
-Communication and teaching skills;
-Team spirit;
-Autonomy.
